
ALEJANDRO NADAL RUIZ
Alejandro Nadal-Ruiz is Assistant Teacher at the Department of English and German Philology at the University of Zaragoza. He is also a member of the Institute on Employment, Digital Society and Sustainability at the same university. Nadal-Ruiz completed his PhD dissertation on Jean Rhys’s modernist novels and the limit-case testimony in March 2024 at the University of Zaragoza. He also holds MA Degrees in Teacher for Mandatory Secondary Education (University of Zaragoza) and English Literature and Culture and their Social Impact (UNED).
As for his main research interests, he has worked on memory studies, trauma studies, and the rewritings of classical texts, and is currently paving the way for a new project that sets out to explore a corpus of self-representational memoirs by British Romani writers.
